  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. If using, fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the tops look slightly cracked.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Optional: Garnish with a small slice of fresh strawberry on top before serving.
