Delicious Steak And Shrimp Surf and Turf

A delicious surf and turf dish combining tender grilled steak and succulent shrimp, perfect for a satisfying and elegant meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the steaks with half of the marinade mixture and the shrimp with the remaining half.
  4. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  6. Remove steaks and shrimp from grill and let steak rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley over shrimp and steak, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak and shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling. Serve with a side of garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh green salad.
