This creamy Smoked Salmon Bagel Dip combines rich smoked salmon with tangy cream cheese and fresh herbs, perfect for a delicious and easy appetizer or snack.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp capers, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Bagel chips or sliced bagels, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, chives, capers, and garlic powder. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, mixing well.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with bagel chips or sliced bagels for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle a little olive oil on top before serving or garnish with additional fresh herbs.
