A creamy and tangy pumpkin whipped feta dip, perfect for fall gatherings or as a flavorful snack that combines seasonal pumpkin with smooth feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Chopped fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the feta cheese, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese.
  2. Add olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and minced garlic to the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle in ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or thyme.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For extra texture and flavor, sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds or a drizzle of chili oil on top before serving.
