Peanut Butter Pie is a creamy, rich dessert combining smooth peanut butter and whipped cream in a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; mix until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture; continue beating until well incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

For extra decadence, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before chilling, or serve with fresh berries for a bright contrast.
