  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture, beating until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
