  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello (any fruit flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Stir in the cold water. Refrigerate until thickened but not fully set, about 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the thickened Jello into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
