This Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken features tender, juicy chicken cooked to perfection with a delicate blend of herbs and spices, creating a dish that’s both comforting and flavorful.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, then add butter on top of the chicken.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve alongside steamed vegetables or a light salad.
