Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Mayonnaise or sandwich sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove veggies from skillet and set aside. Add remaining olive oil and the ribeye steak slices to skillet. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook steak until browned and just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return the sautéed onions and peppers to the skillet and mix with the steak.
  5. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and layer the steak mixture evenly on the bottom halves.
  6. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and rolls are slightly toasted.
  8. Remove from oven, add mayonnaise or sandwich sauce if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley or add pickled jalapeños before serving.
