Crispy and zesty Lemon Pepper Wings tossed in a tangy lemon pepper seasoning, perfect as a flavorful appetizer or snack.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are golden and crispy.
  6. In a small bowl, mix lemon zest and lemon juice.
  7. When wings are done, toss them immediately in the lemon mixture to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil wings for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
