Instant Noodles with Egg Butter Garlic

A quick and flavorful dish combining creamy egg, rich butter, and aromatic garlic with instant noodles for a comforting meal ready in minutes.

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Push garlic to the side, crack the egg into the skillet, and scramble it gently until just set.
  5. Add the cooked noodles back to the skillet and toss to combine with egg, butter, and garlic.
  6. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly to coat noodles evenly.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. You can also toss in some fresh vegetables or cooked chicken for a heartier meal.
