gluten-free charcuterie board with a stunning salami rose

This gluten-free charcuterie board features a beautiful salami rose centerpiece surrounded by an assortment of naturally gluten-free cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers, perfect for elegant entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 150g gluten-free salami slices
  • 100g aged cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 50g gluten-free crackers
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Arrange a single salami slice flat on a clean surface.
  2. Roll tightly from one edge to form the center of the rose.
  3. Wrap additional salami slices around the center, slightly overlapping and fanning out to mimic petals until the rose is the desired size.
  4. Place the salami rose on a large serving board.
  5. Arrange cheeses, crackers, grapes, dried apricots, and nuts around the rose artistically.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for color and fragrance.
  7. Drizzle honey lightly over the goat cheese just before serving.
  8. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours prior to serving.
