  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the top, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
