These Energy Balls are a quick, natural snack packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you energized throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Store energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
