Dates Cream Cheese Pistachio Honey

A luscious no-bake treat combining sweet dates, creamy cheese, crunchy pistachios, and drizzled honey for a perfect bite-sized dessert or snack.

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if not already pitted.
  2. Fill each date with about a teaspoon of softened cream cheese.
  3. Top the cheese-filled dates with chopped pistachios.
  4. Drizzle honey over the stuffed dates and sprinkle lemon zest if using.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

For an extra touch, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top to balance the sweetness or serve alongside a cup of herbal tea.
