A tangy and smooth creamy horseradish sauce perfect as a zesty condiment for meats, sandwiches, and roasted vegetables.

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with your favorite dishes.

Notes

For extra heat, add more horseradish or a pinch of cayenne pepper. This sauce pairs excellently with roast beef and baked potatoes.
