  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)

  5. During the last minute of cooking, place half a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  7. Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
  8. Spread the mayo-mustard sauce on the bottom halves of the buns.
  9. Layer each bun bottom with a turkey patty, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and optional mixed greens.
  10. Top with the bun tops and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, try adding a slice of crispy bacon or a dollop of spicy aioli to the sliders before serving.
