Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

A vibrant and tangy Cranberry Jalapeño Dip combining sweet cranberries with spicy jalapeño for a perfect appetizer or party snack.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the jalapeño, cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lime juice, and salt to the processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving, if desired.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle chopped toasted pecans or walnuts on top before serving.
