  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and chia seeds evenly over the top.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, remove from freezer and break into bark-sized pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
