These Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos combine tender grilled chicken, fresh avocado, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in a warm tortilla for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread half of the ranch dressing evenly in the center.
  3. Add half of the shredded chicken on top of the ranch.
  4. Layer sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and chopped lettuce over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro if desired.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly into a burrito.
  7. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  8. Optionally, place burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or include sliced jalapeños inside the burrito.
