  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently toss the banana slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bananas are tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through for even color.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
