These Buffalo Chicken Dip Egg Rolls combine spicy, creamy buffalo chicken dip wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers for a savory and irresistible appetizer or snack.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 10-12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you.
  3. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture near the corner closest to you.
  4. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in both side corners and roll tightly towards the remaining corner. Seal the edge with a little water.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake the egg rolls at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp.
