Berry Spinach Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious Berry Spinach Smoothie packed with antioxidants and vitamins, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash all fresh berries and spinach thoroughly.
  2. Add spinach, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, and almond milk into a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add honey to sweeten if desired, then blend again briefly.
  5. Add ice cubes and blend to your preferred thickness.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For added protein, consider adding a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
