Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Brush the edges with beaten egg, then fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or rectangle and press edges firmly to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and then with the remaining egg wash.
  7. Place the sealed parcels into the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  8. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
